Appointments and payment

Consultation fees are paid separately from the TidyCal booking process. Payment instructions will be provided after your appointment has been booked.

Cancellations and missed appointments

Appointments should be cancelled or rearranged at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged, subject to any statutory consumer rights that apply.

What a consultation provides

A homeopathic consultation provides time to discuss your health and wellbeing and to consider a homeopathic approach based on your individual circumstances.

Homeopathy does not replace medical diagnosis, emergency care or prescribed treatment. You remain responsible for seeking appropriate medical advice when needed.

Children and young people

For clients under 16, I require appropriate parental or guardian consent before providing a consultation.

Acute consultations

Acute consultations are intended for short-term, recent concerns and are not a substitute for urgent or emergency medical care.

Communication

I will normally communicate using the contact details you provide. Please do not send detailed health or medical information through the general website contact form.

Confidentiality

Information shared during your consultation is treated as confidential, subject to legal and safeguarding requirements.

Responsibility for healthcare

You should continue to seek medical advice, diagnosis and treatment where appropriate. Do not stop or change prescribed medication without speaking to the healthcare professional who prescribed it.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on this website will apply to future appointments.
